Case Title: A 6 year old male child with a known history of congenital heart disease presented with the history of dyspnoea on exertion, palpitations and dizziness

Case History: A 6-year old male child with a known history of congenital heart disease presented with the history of dyspnoea on exertion, palpitations and dizziness. On examination there was a jerky double apical impulse. On auscultation there was abnormal 3rd and 4th filling sounds with a pansystolic murmur.
