Case Title: 28 year old female has mild exertional dyspnea and has a history of congenital heart disease.
Case History: 28 year old female house wife has a one year old son.A murmer was noticed in her when she was 18 years old. During the prenatal period her pregnancy complicated by difficult to control high blood pressure. fetal distress let to cesarean section.Presently the female has mild exertional dyspnea and is not on any medication.
